Introduction:

It mainly applied to the goods transimission between the clean and non-clean areas,preventing the outside dust particles from coming intotheclean area due to air circulation. The possible pollution to clean room can be minimized, so the cleanliness of the clean room can be maintained.

1: The outside cabinet constructed of cold rolled steel with an abrasion resistance oven-baked powder coated finish or stainless steel material.
2: the inside material is stainless steel for prevent scratches and keep inside in flat and neat.
3: the door in two side can be machinery or electronic interlock maintains clean room integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.
4: two step filtration, the HEPA filter is 99.995% @ 0.3um, the pre-filter is from G1 to G3.
5: the air velocity more than 20m/s
6: according to production process requirement, it can install the UV light, ozone light or conveyor belt and so on
